| 仕事内容 | <Overall Job Purpose> Lilly Japan is currently going through a strong growth period, and we believe that will continue for some time. One area that is feeding into this growth is Diabetes Business Unit, which we have a healthy and exciting pipeline ahead of us. In this situation, we are currently searching for a diabetes marketer. This is due to our plan to launch a product in the very near future. The position is expected to deal with the marketing activities in the Diabetes Business Unit with Business Unit management (both global and Japan), sales management, outside-Lilly stake holders and sales representatives. The position requires marketing (or sales support function) experience or potential to be became a marketer with having experience in sales (MR) with high performance (within top 30%) or having MR experience in diabetes with English capability (TOEIC 700+). |
| 応募資格 | <Desired Talents> We are looking for a talent with one of more of the following experiences. * Pharmaceutical marketing experience (with or without pharmaceutical sales experience) * Sales experience in Diabetes field with English capability * MBA holder from top schools with at least 1-2 years of sales & marketing experience <Required Experience> * Marketing/sales training/sales planning experience or strong interest in a marketing career * Ability to make and justify decisions * Ability work autonomously with limited supervision. * Person must be able to travel frequently <Essential Skills / experiences / license> * BS in Business or related scientific field * Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability effectively influence internal and external partners * Exceptional ability to multi-task (there will be many competing deadlines) |
