| 仕事内容 | Primary Function / Primary Goals / Objectives: 1. Design, develop strategic market access plans for Abbott’s nutrition products 2. Implement strategic market access plans in cooperation with appropriate internal / external stakeholders 3. Develop, and keep updated Abbott’s drug nutrition products’ NHI pricing strategies 4. Provide the most updated information on Japan’s reimbursement system to ANI Japan’s senior management 5. Build relevant, solid valuable arguments with supporting health economic and budget impact analysis (BIA) models Core Job Responsibilities / Accountability / Scope (Major Duties and Responsibilities): 1. Build and maintain relationship with internal / external customers including: Abbott organization (HQ, affiliates, and Japan), government authorities (especially MHLW), political KOLs, HCP/Patient KOLs, industry, and payer organizations. 2. Identify KOLs and develop strong relationship with their organizations in key stakeholder groups (payer, patients, and HCPs) 3. Participate in industry group’s events and government lobbying as an ANI’s representative in cooperation with Government Affairs 4. Assist development and implementation of public relations activities together with Public Affairs 5. Lead projects cross-functionally and/or intercompany as required basis |
